The biggest challenges for me were thinking that I had left it too late to make the changes in my life. When I started working with Anthony I was consumed with stress, it was taking over my life and affecting my health. My confidence was low and I wasn't consistent with my training and food.

I was blessed to have many wins over the three months. First win was weight loss. Possibly the biggest win was stress management. With Anthony's help I no longer let stress consume me, my body has healed from the constant breakouts, my diet and training has improved immensely and has remained consistent and my sleep has never been better.

AK Performance is for anyone that wants to change themselves for the better.

The biggest challenge I had starting with AK Performance was getting into a routine with work/training/socialising. Felt like I was just going through the motions with not real focus.

My biggest win was building a fixed organised routine which is maintainable. Even if I have a bad day or two with diet/personal issues or just unmotivated I can default back to the routine I built. Diet has improved massively it was broken down into easy portion modals and never focused on counting macros and just staying on easy to understand portions which I can use on the fly.

AK Performance is for anyone but I would say mainly people who hot a slump and are just going through the motions. If you have a busy schedule and struggle with nutrition/focus/ training it is for you.

I worked with AK Performance for 90 days and in that time I found his depth of knowledge and his ability to communicate that knowledge in easy to understand and even easier to follow ways to be incredibly helpful.

We focused not just on dropping 8kg of weight or losing inches but on developing lasting habits and an understanding of my relationship and triggers around food and eating so I can continue to lead this healthier lifestyle for a long time to come.

My challenges when I signed up was I struggled to see the full benefits of my training. Although I trained multiple times a week, I often found it hard to see the benefits due to my nutrition/diet decisions.

My biggest win was I developed values that kept me focused on the goals I wanted to achieve. Understanding the importance of the big picture where even if I had one/two "bad" days during the week, I still had the other five days to hold accountability.

My biggest challenge when I signed up with AK Performance was my energy levels coming into winter. I wanted to try up my energy levels so I could train harder and just feel more energised overall.

My biggest win was I started to get into the habit of protein in every meal which I feel definitely helped with my energy levels. I also started sleeping better which was great.

My biggest challenge was finding balance between home and work life with training added in. And finding the correct structure of food, sleep and training. I had two injuries over the 90 days and the flexibility around that was excellent!

My biggest win was developing that balance and getting the knowledge from Anto. That knowledge was the base I needed to build my training. Hitting my protein, sleep and hydration levels each day was so important and made a huge difference to my training and energy levels.

AK Performance is for everybody. No matter the age, fitness levels or goals. Anybody would benefit from AK Performance. Having the support of Anto was such a help to me.

The biggest challenge for me was timing, with a two hour commute ever day.

Anthony’s programme was concise and helped me focus on what was critical for progress. Anthony is really helpful in showing me alternatives to some exercises I may not be able to do (yet) and is a superb teacher in demonstrating.

Big wins for me was unlocking pull ups which I thought would never happen and kicking up against the wall for the first time!

AK Performance is for Everyone! I think if you are ready to make a commitment to yourself to see improvement it’s well worthwhile.
